Cheli Namu ships orders within Europe.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be refunded.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
